I used to be honoured to be requested to contribute a variant duvet for Wonder’s closing bid of their Darth Vader comic sequence. This used to be the principle time I did a published Superstar Wars illustration (now not counting the never-ending amounts of unpublished X-hover fighters and Han Solos I drew as a child). Wonder used to be very generous and gave me loads of freedom with the art. In step with Lucasfilm’s protection, I used to be requested to put up 2 assorted roughs which you might maybe well ogle below.
The final art used to be drawn in ink, coloured dyes and wax crayon, and used to be bought by Lucasfilm for his or her Superstar Wars archives.
