In my free time, nothing fulfills me more than dancing and training in the gym. Dancing allows me to express myself through movement, let my body flow with the music and release all my emotions. It is an art form that I am passionate about and makes me feel alive,On the other hand, training in the gym is my escape valve. Lifting weights and sweating helps me release accumulated stress, stay in shape, and feel strong physically and mentally.
